  • Ed is a Sr. Director, Solutions at Switch Consulting Group with over 25 years of experience working with leaders and leadership teams on Human Resources challenges and HR IT systems.

    He has over 25+ years' experience with The Coca-Cola Company in a variety of HR leadership roles and led the successful global implementation of Workday for the Company. In addition, he served as a Sr. Principal Managing Partner for Workday,  where he worked closely with new large customers on the implementation of Workday's HCM and Financial platforms.

    He has his BA from Colgate University and MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and resides in Atlanta, GA.

  • Erika is a Senior Change Advisor at Switch Consulting Group with over 30 years experience making change leadership accessible and practical across multiple industries and cultures.

    She works with C-level and senior executives to understand their role in change and the specific actions they must take to be successful. She helps mid-level managers recognize their feelings about the change and learn what they must do to get their own teams ready. She also works directly with front-line employees who often just want to know what to do differently in their jobs, how to do it and why.

    Erika has a BA in International Economics from Trinity University (San Antonio, TX). She resides in Atlanta, GA with her twin boys and their dog.

Holly Ratcheson
Senior Change Management Advisor

Softball mom, memory maker, wine enthusiast, encourager, learner.

  • Holly brings more than 25 years of experience that spans a unique blend of change management, program management, as well as process optimization across Fortune 500 companies. She has worked for traditional consulting firms and Fortune 100 companies.

    Holly Relies on her vast experiences from both sides of the table, to humanize the impact of organizational change. She takes pride in quickly building trust and rapport with her clients and has been recognized for her strong leadership in helping organizations through large-scale transformational change.

    Holly resides in Marietta, GA Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. Her weekends are spent at the softball fields cheering on her two daughters or volunteering with them through the East Cobb Chapter of the National Charity League.

Cheli Brown
Senior Change Management Advisor

  • Cheli is a Senior Change Management Advisor at Switch Consulting Group with more than 15 years of experience helping global Fortune 500 companies get results through change management and communication strategies.

    Cheli specializes in blending the art and science of change management to increase employee understanding, acceptance, and adoption. She has been recognized nationally for developing and implementing organization-wide strategies that align leaders, bring employees along on the change journey, motivate action, and change behaviors/perceptions.  Projects include:

Austin Fiedler

Husband, father, planner, wine & bourbon enthusiast, self-proclaimed chef.

  • Cathi is a Senior Change Advisor at Switch Consulting Group.  With more than 15 yeas of experience, she is a seasoned change professional dedicated to helping people and organizations facilitate successful transformations in both external management consulting and in-house roles. Her expertise has been honed through a variety of engagements and industries.

    She most recently spent 8 years at Duke Energy supporting initiatives in IT, Strategy and Innovation, HR, and Administrative Services.  Her portfolio of change work includes organizational readiness and employee adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working as well as building organizational capability and resilience. She has worked with both Agile and Scrum teams and enjoys taking a human-centered approach to designing change.

    When she is not working, you can find Cathi with her family on a pickleball court or somewhere North Carolina for teen mountain biking races.

    She has her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida and MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology. Cathi resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and 2 teens.

  • Austin Fiedler is a Change Management Advisor at Switch Consulting Group with over 10 years of experience leading the delivery of impactful Change Management and Organizational Design activities.

    He is proud to put the human element above all else to capture requirements and effectively support clients while leveraging latest trends, practices, and technologies.

    He specializes in Change activities during organizational transformations that include talent management, organization design, technology implementations, and process Improvements. He has a passion for asking questions and challenging the phrase “This is how we’ve always done it.” He has his Bachelors from Radford University and currently resides in Lovettsville, VA with his wife and two year old son.

Billy Leonard
Change Management Advisor

Husband, father, celebrator of people, memory maker, strategic creative.

  • Billy partners with executives and their teams to reduce risk and improve outcomes by helping them manage change well. His experiences span supporting M&A integrations, leading organizational design and operating model work, systems integrations, and guiding leaders and their teams through large-scale transformations​.

    Billy brings an operator’s perspective to his work having managed multiple P&Ls through turnarounds, built sales teams, led product teams, and co-founded multiple nonprofits. He also has international experience having worked seven years in Southeast Asia.

    Billy is a graduate of Oglethorpe University and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He serves as president of the Kellogg Alumni Club of Atlanta, co-chair of the Wharton-Kellogg-LBS Speaker Series, and is a member of the Atlanta Business School Alliance board. He and his wife live in Atlanta, GA with their three daughters. Billy’s family is an advocate for the disabled community, particularly those with muscular dystrophy and myopathy. One of their favorite nonprofit organizations to partner with is Make-A-Wish Georgia. ​

  • Sara is an Executive Assistant at Switch Consulting Group with over 10 years of experience in administrative support. Known as the go-to person for the team, she is service minded and is always looking to help where she can. Sara considers herself a lifelong learner and is consistently adding to her skillset.

    She specializes in her organizational skills and is adept at managing busy schedules. She is proactive in her work and has a problem-solving mindset. Sara is known for her discretion and professionalism and is a trusted partner of the executive team. Her expertise in event planning and project management have been showcased through numerous successful initiatives and company events.

    She has her BS in Sociology from Kennesaw State University and resides in Marietta, GA with her husband and 2-year-old son.

  • Christine Connor is a Managing Partner and Founder at Switch Consulting Group with over 17 years of experience leading transformational change initiatives across global organizations.

    In her role she works with executive teams across all industries to understand their desired vision and set change strategies to achieve their goals. She has worked on transformations to introduce new strategies, architect organization designs, adopt new systems and ways of working as well as facilitating workshops for mid- market to Fortune 100 companies.

    She has her BBA from Florida State University and MBA from Georgia State University and resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and 3 children. Christine is passionate about serving her community and is on the Advisory Board of the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

  • Tyler is a Managing Partner at Switch Consulting Group with over 18 years of experience leading strategic initiatives that require complex changes to processes, systems and employee behavior.

    Her experience spans across industries in both public and private organizations and she specializes in M&A, serving as the leader of Switch’s M&A practice. She works with clients to understand their business needs, design solutions to meet their strategic goals and objectives, and achieve significant improvements in efficiencies through well executed change management approaches.

    Tyler has her BBA from Goizueta Business School (Emory University) in Business Law and Management of Organizations. Her career experience includes leading M&A transactions for EY, managing large scale transformations as a Principle at North Highland, serving as the CEO of a tech startup company through their exit in 2017, and co-founding Switch. Tyler serves on the Goizueta Alumni Board for Emory. She resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and 3 children.
